Shipping

We ship to US addresses only.

Prints are printed and shipped in about a week. You’ll get an email with tracking when yours ships.

Unframed prints ship flat for $12, or free on orders over $150.

Framed prints ship free, ready to hang.

Orders shipped to California include sales tax, added at checkout.

Returns

Because each print is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damaged or flawed prints

If your print arrives damaged, or with a printing flaw, email a photo to hello@cynthialundquist.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement. If we can’t replace it, we’ll refund you in full.

Please keep the box and packing until you’ve checked your print.

Original paintings and commissions

Original paintings and commissions are arranged directly with Cynthia, and their terms are agreed when you buy.
